Ericsson to sell PBX to Aastra Technologies for $102.4 mln

LONDON (MarketWatch) — Swedish telecom equipment maker Ericsson said Monday that has will sell its enterprise PBX solutions business to Aastra Technologies for 650 million Swedish kroner ($102.4 million). The deal is expected to close in April.
