Why Emergency FED meeting? Would that has something to do with ABK bailout plan?

Why have an Emergency meeting of the FED on Monday morning, NY time? Is that has something to do with helping ABK rescue plan since ABK is the centered of the market focus? Just speculation, sure, but the timing is interesting.
