National Oilwell Varco replacing Rockwell on S&P 100

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — National Oilwell Varco Inc. will replace Rockwell Automation Inc. in the S&P 100 while Affiliated Managers Group Inc. will replace Grant Prideco Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400, Standard & Poor’s Index Services said late Tuesday. Both changes are scheduled for after the close of trading on Monday.
