ArvinMeritor names Craig to finance chief post

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — ArvinMeritor Inc. said Tuesday that it has named Jeffrey “Jay” Craig, to the post of chief financial officer, effective immediately. He previously served as the company’s controller, and he replaces James Donlon, who will serve as chief financial officer of ArvinMeritor’s light vehicle systems business, which will be spun off into an independent company called Arvin Innovation.
