Crude futures close lower for the first time in 7 sessions

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Crude futures closed lower Monday after climbing more than $13 a barrel since May 1. Global and domestic suppply issues and movements in the dollar have been key issues for the oil market. June crude closed at $124.23 a barrel, down $1.73, or 1.4%, for the session.
