Coleman named head of equities at UBS Investment Bank

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — UBS said Wednesday it named Daniel Coleman as global head of equities at its investment bank unit and John Wall as global head of proprietary trading, with responsibility for equities and
fixed income. The Switzerland-based investment bank also appointed Philip Lofts as group risk chief operating officer and hired Thomas Daula as investment bank chief risk officer. He will also have the added title of IB chief credit officer, said UBS. Daula was most recently a chief risk officer at Morgan Stanley.
