Fitch downgrades JetBlue on fuel costs, revenue outlook
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Fitch Ratings on Wednesday downgraded the issuer default rating of JetBlue Airways Corp. to B- from B because of higher fuel costs and a weakened revenue outlook. Fitch also lowered JetBlue senior unsecured convertible note rating to CCC-/RR6 from CCC/RR6. The rating outlook is negative, Fitch said. The ratings cover about $425 million in outstanding debt.
