Nokia to sell German automotive electronics business

LONDON (MarketWatch) — Nokia said it’s selling its automotive line-fit business to Razvan Olosu, the former head of Nokia’s Enhancements unit, and Equity Partners GmbH, a German private equity firm. Nokia didn’t disclose terms on the deal. Nokia in January had said it was talks on such a deal. Nokia has been heavily criticized in Germany for job cuts it’s made as it phases out phone production in the country.
