FormFactor names Ruscev CEO, Khandros chairman

TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) — FormFactor Inc., [s FORM] the Livermore, Calif., producer of wafer-probe cards, which chipmakers use to test integrated circuits, named President Mario Ruscev to the post of chief executive officer. Ruscev, 51, succeeds Igor Khandros, 53, FormFactor’s founder, who becomes executive chairman. As chairman, Khandros succeeds Jim Prestridge, 76, who becomes lead independent director. On Monday, Verigy, the Cupertino, Calif., provider of semiconductor-testing technology, had said it named Jorge Luis Titinger chief operating officer. Titinger most recently had been senior vice president for the product business group at FormFactor.
