Hornbeck plans strategic review of business unit

LONDON (MarketWatch) — Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc. said Friday that it’s commissioned J.P. Morgan to act as its financial adviser in a review of strategic alternatives for its tug and tank barge business, which transports petroleum products. The group said the review will consider alternatives from selling the division to growing it through acquisitions.
