SABMiller to sell Colombian water business for $92 million
LONDON (MarketWatch) — SABMiller said it’s selling its Agua Brisa bottled water business for $92 million cash from Coca Cola FEMSA and The Coca-Cola Co. . Coca Cola FEMSA said the deal will let it increase its presence in the water business and complement its portfolio, while SABMiller said the deal will let it focus on its core brewing activities. Coca Cola FEMSA said it will split the price equally with Coca Cola.
