S&P downgrades Oshkosh ratings on weak market prospects

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Standard & Poor’s said Thursday it downgraded the ratings of Oshkosh Corp. to BB- from BB. The outlook is negative. “The downgrade reflects weaker prospects in some of Oshkosh’s key end markets, which is likely to delay the anticipated improvement in credit measures,” said Dan Picciotto, an S&P credit analyst, in a statement.
